Master Bedroom Makeover - Inspiration

For five years I haven't been able to pull my master bedroom together. There are a few elements I like, a few that have to go (brass ceiling fans!), and a few I'm willing to live with.  The original master bedroom area has carpet, and we use that as a sitting room.  The previous owners added on about 400 square feet to the existing bedroom (with wood floors) and we use that area for our bed.

I Think Yoda Best - Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentine's Day! 

My little blond boys wanted something, well, "boyish" for their Valentine's Day cards.  My youngest wanted to use Darth Vader, but I couldn't think of anything clever/Valentine's related with "Darth".  "I think Yoda Best" is what we came up with this year instead.  My boys love anything that has to do with Legos Star Wars or coloring.  This little homemade Valentine combines their love of both. A Lego Yoda coloring page image found online combined with some text and a glow stick = my boys' version of a Valentine.
